Witchblade
The US comic “Witchblade” has been a popular title for over a decade in the comic industry. Such is the success that the concept has moved to the Anime/Manga industry resulting in the Witchblade Anime by Gonzo. Focusing on the character Masane Amaha, the Anime charts the discovery and rise to power of the Witchblade weapon, a ancient relic passed down the ages from woman to woman, with the ability to empower and also consume its bearer, the Witchblade is a described as the Hand of God or the Devil himself.
